Therapeutic Massage
Each massage is customized to align with your specific needs, ensuring optimal results. Our techniques incorporate sports, Swedish, neuromuscular, Thai, and other modalities, expertly blended to deliver a personalized experience tailored just for you.
Assisted stretching has the potential to enhance flexibility, expand range of motion, and mitigate muscle stiffness, thereby contributing to improved overall physical function and athletic performance. Additionally, it can alleviate muscle tension and pain, rendering it particularly advantageous for individuals experiencing chronic discomfort or those in the process of recovering from injuries.

The Muscle Shop has adopted a technique that emphasizes directly addressing the issue and initiating work promptly, thereby reducing the time required to achieve the objective. Shorter durations may be ideal for quick tune-ups or targeted assisted stretching sessions. Cash, Venmo, and Zelle accepted.

Hot Tub and Sauna - The Muscle Shop has a two man infrared dry sauna and a two man hot tub available for use by clients. Come 30 minutes early. Shower available prior to hot tub or after sauna use. Towels, toiletries, and a robe are provided.
Aloe Treatment - A fresh aloe vera leave is harvested and the healing aloe vera gel used on your body wherever needed. Great for cooling after sun or wind exposure. Great for the face.
Biotone Plant Plus Massage Lotion - Sunflower seed, candelilla, and jojoba with echinacea, marigold, and willow extracts. It has a very light earthy smell but I’d call it basically unscented. A basic massage lotion
Bon Vital Grapeseed Oil - A lightweight texture for easy absorption. Simply 100% grapseed oil.
The Muscle Shop Blend - Orange and Eucalyptus. Our grapeseed oil with orange and eucalyptus essential oils added. Great aroma! Great for muscles!
Coconut Oil - Organic expeller-pressed refined coconut oil. Smells good and is great for skin!
